Everything here comes from one place: the public filing feeds that US bankruptcy courts publish themselves.
Every federal bankruptcy court runs a CM/ECF system, and each publishes a free public RSS feed of new docket entries. We poll 94 of them twice a day and keep what we find.
Those feeds carry roughly 24 hours of history and there's no way to backfill them. That is the single most important thing to understand about this site: we hold what we have collected since 28 July 2026, and nothing before it.
If a company is here, the court's own feed said so. If a company is not here, that means nothing at all. It may have filed before we started, or on a day we missed, or in one of the few courts whose feed doesn't respond. Absence isn't evidence.
Docket entries can also be amended or corrected by the court after we record them. For anything that matters financially, confirm with the court or PACER.
We exclude individual bankruptcy filings to avoid consumer-reporting and privacy risk. Every filing is tagged business or individual when it is collected, and only businesses are ever published.
