How it works

1. Paste the legal business names. Up to 25, one per line. We refuse people and bare industry words.
2. We search every morning. The watch checks the federal business-bankruptcy record across 94 courts.
3. We email only when something new matches. No daily “nothing happened” email to train you to stop reading.

What this does not do

This watches business entities for public bankruptcy filings. It does not search people, owners, guarantors or consumer files. It does not score a customer, recommend credit, decide whether to ship, or replace the court docket. A name match is the start of the check, not the end.

Questions before you buy

Does the free search go away?

No. Search one company or check a list free. You pay to have the search keep running while you do something else.

What if a name has several spellings?

Enter the legal name from the invoice or credit file. The search also checks common legal-form versions such as LLC and Corporation, then keeps only same-company matches.

Can I cancel myself?

Yes. Your private link changes the list and cancels the subscription online. The watch runs through the month already paid for, then stops.
